Ground Hire Pricing

Grounds Hire

Non-Member: $300 per full day
Member: $150 per full day
Non-Member: $150 per half day
Member: $75 per half day

Half price grounds hire rates apply for all members.

Bond

A refundable bond of $100 is required prior to the event (applies to all events 4+ hours).

Camping

$10 per site per day

Arena roof lighting

$10 per hour

Cattle Scanner Hire

$40 including data transfer

Half price scanner hire rates apply for all members.

Cleaning Fee

A cleaning fee of $60 will be charged if the arena is not left in a clean and tidy condition to the satisfaction of a BCWPC representative. Hirer is responsible for any damages.

Ground Hire Conditions

NON-MEMBER GROUND HIRE CONDITIONS:

Anyone who holds a cattle event are required to source the cattle from at least 50km from the club grounds with the exclusion of local trainers who will be able to source cattle locally with the approval of The BCWPC Inc. Committee.
A copy of your PUBLIC LIABILITY CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY FOR EQUESTRIAN ACTIVITY must also accompany hire agreement.
Grounds must be kept tidy at all times this includes toilets, camp areas and rubbish removal.
Due to past damage to facilities NO HORSES are to be tied to any Arena fence.
All Youth riders must wear an approved safety helmet at all times, whilst riding on the Club grounds whether competing or not. Safety standard numbers for these helmets are AS-NZS 3838, ARBHS 2012 and ASTM F1163.

PLEASE NOTE: The Hirer is responsible for the collecting information of horses attending your event for the purpose of Horse Health Biosecurity. A copy of all Biosecurity forms is required to be emailed to the club’s email. If you require a copy of a Biosecurity form, please email the club and one can be forwarded.

MEMBER GROUND HIRE CONDITIONS:

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE MEMBERS HIRING THE GROUNDS AT THIS DISCOUNTED RATE TO CONDUCT LESSONS OR CLINICS, THE CLUB IS NOT COVERED BY ITS PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE TO DO SO.
AT NO STAGE ARE YOU OR ANY OTHER MEMBER RIDING TO ACCEPT PAYMENT FOR INSTRUCTION WHILST ON GROUNDS FOR THE NOMINATED HIRE TIME.
BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING TO THESE STRICT TERMS.
MEMBERS FOUND TO BE GOING AGAINST THIS RULE WILL HAVE PRIVILEGES TO HIRE THE GROUNDS SUSPENDED.
IF YOU WISH TO CONDUCT LESSONS OR CLINICS A CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY OF YOUR PUBLIC LAIBILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED AND FULL HIRE FEES APPLY WITH THE CORRECT HIRE FORM.
For members to take advantage of the discounted rate to hire club grounds as follows. A fifty percent discount of the hire fees is available to financial members. This member’s only use is for recreational use only, strictly NO Lessons and NO Clinics or payment of any kind for instruction.
Anyone who wants to bring cattle to the grounds must inform the Committee where the cattle are sourced from for approval by the Committee. Also, the cattle must be scanned for movement on/off the grounds which will be the responsibility of the hirer or arrangements can be made for club equipment to be used at a cost to the hirer.
Members are required to email the club with this form completed and requested dates with as much notice as possible, a least 3 working days is required. A maximum of 20 members are permitted on the grounds at any one time and all must be listed on this form and be financial members for Public Liability Insurance purposes.
Ground hire agreement will be required to be emailed together with proposed dates and payment is due upon confirmation from the club on date availability.
